Wandering Through Time
My second solo exhibition for SALA festival 2026
Wandering Through Time captures the feeling of moving gently between past and present. Inspired by travels through Europe, this collection expands beyond natural landscapes to include fragments of architecture. Sunlit facades, quiet streets, and enduring stone forms that carry a sense of history.
Painted in oils with a bright, expressive palette, these works reflect the warmth and openness of travel. Moments shaped by light, colour, and passing impressions. Architecture becomes more than structure; it acts as a subtle reminder of the lives and histories embedded within each place. Through this lens, the paintings invite viewers to wander alongside these scenes, experiencing time not as something distant, but as something softly unfolding.

Beyond The Trail
My first solo exhibition for SALA festival 2025
Beyond the Trail is a collection of oil paintings inspired by my long distance hike along the Pacific Crest Trail. Over several months, I walked through mountains, forests and deserts. Spending long stretches in the wilderness, deeply experiencing the landscapes around me.
These works are my way of capturing those places; not just how they looked, but how they felt to walk through. Each painting reflects a moment that stayed with me and how they filtered through memory, rhythm and the slow pace of moving on foot.

In a world that rarely lets us disconnect, finding places so far removed from humanity can feel otherworldly. I aim to capture that sensation, the weight of stillness, the eerie beauty of isolation, and the quiet warmth that appears when you’re completely present in the wild. I invite you to slow down, breathe and remember what it’s like to simply exist in the vastness of the natural world.
